Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Secure Budget mobile application (the "App") operated by GeoBuilt LLC ("GeoBuilt," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps
• Distribute or resell the Apps without written permission from GeoBuilt LLC

2. In-App Purchases

Some features of our Apps require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. GeoBuilt LLC does not handle payment information directly.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings. We do not offer refunds outside of the app store's standard refund policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the Apps are the property of GeoBuilt LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GeoBuilt LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Apps. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoBuilt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

6. User Data

Our Apps are designed to store your data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. GeoBuilt LLC is not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app reinstallation, or other causes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Apps at any time without notice. In the event of discontinuation, any active paid subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — please contact your app store for refund requests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
