GeoBuilt LLC ("GeoBuilt," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Secure Budget mobile application (the "App"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Secure Budget

Secure Budget is designed to store all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your financial information on our servers. This includes:

  • Expense and income records
  • Bill information and due dates
  • Budget profiles and settings
  • Transactions, debts, savings goals, and account balance entries
  • Custom icons, receipt images, or exported files you choose to create or save
  • Any other financial data you enter

We do not require a bank account link, email address, or any personal information to use the app. If you use in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The App may store purchase status or receipt information locally on your device so Premium features can be unlocked or restored.

2. Analytics, Tracking, and Crash Reporting

Secure Budget does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. GeoBuilt does not collect usage analytics, device identifiers, crash reports, or financial data from the App.

If you choose to share diagnostic information directly with Apple, Google, or your device platform, that information is handled by that platform under its own privacy policy and settings. GeoBuilt does not receive your in-app budget data through those platform diagnostics.

3. Permissions

Our App may request the following device permissions:

  • Biometrics / fingerprint — used only locally to unlock the app. Biometric data never leaves your device.
  • Notifications — used to send bill due date reminders. No notification data is sent to our servers.
  • Files / storage — used to read or write imports, backups, and exported files (CSV, JSON, PDF) that you explicitly request.
  • Photos / camera — used only if you choose to attach or select images, such as custom icons, profile images, transaction images, or receipt photos.
  • Microphone — requested only by platform media/photo workflows if needed for video capture. Secure Budget does not record or transmit audio to GeoBuilt.
  • Internet — used only for in-app purchase and store-related services from Google Play or the App Store.

4. Third-Party Services

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). These platforms have their own privacy policies which govern payment data. We encourage you to review them.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
