GeoBuilt LLC ("GeoBuilt," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Secure Budget mobile application (the "App"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Secure Budget

Secure Budget is designed to store all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your financial information on our servers. This includes:

  • Expense and income records
  • Bill information and due dates
  • Budget profiles and settings
  • Any other financial data you enter

We do not require a bank account link, email address, or any personal information to use the app. If you use in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Our App may use anonymized, aggregated crash reporting to help us identify and fix bugs. This data does not include any personal information, financial data, or identifiable device information beyond what the platform (Android/iOS) provides by default. You can opt out via your device settings.

3. Permissions

Our App may request the following device permissions:

  • Biometrics / fingerprint — used only locally to unlock the app. Biometric data never leaves your device.
  • Notifications — used to send bill due date reminders. No notification data is sent to our servers.
  • Storage — used to read/write exported files (CSV, JSON, PDF) that you explicitly request.
  • Internet — used only for in-app purchase validation with Google Play or the App Store.

4. Third-Party Services

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). These platforms have their own privacy policies which govern payment data. We encourage you to review them.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
